Calls for service are answered by our skilled communication officers. 911 calls that originate from outside of the city limits are routed to the Stephens County Communications Center. As a result of those calls, they will dispatch the appropriate entity to respond to the calls, be it police, fire, or medical services. They also answer non-emergent calls for service and dispatch the call accordingly.
